We are purchasing this beach house with a closing date of June 1, 2007, which is why we cannot show pictures of the house furnished.
We plan to have the house furnished and completely ready by June 22nd. During this period before we take possession of the house
we are taking reservations at a special, discounted rate.
Special Discounted Summer Season Rate - must reserve by June 14:
- $1,500 per week + one time $85 cleaning fee + 12% lodging tax
- $225 per night + one time $85 cleaning fee + 12% lodging tax (minimum two night stay)
- Add $10 per night per pet (limit 2)
- $300 refundable damage deposit
Regular Summer Season Rate - reservations made after June 14 - still a great rate compared to similar lodging in the area:
- $1,800 per week + one time $85 cleaning fee + 12% lodging tax
- $260 per night + one time $85 cleaning fee + 12% lodging tax (minimum two night stay)
- Add $10 per night per pet (limit 2)
- $300 refundable damage deposit
Off-Season Rate:
- $225 per night weekends and holidays
- $185 per night week nights
- $85 cleaning fee (one time)
- Add $10 per night per pet (limit 2)
- $300 refundable damage deposit
- Minimum two night stay
City and Sea Option - one week at our Bellevue, WA residence and one week at the ocean view beach house:
- $3,750 for two weeks + two cleaning fees of $85 + 12% lodging tax
- Add $10 per night per pet (limit 2) - must stay outside at Bellevue house, where the backyard is fully fenced
- not available at a nightly rate
- $500 refundable damage deposit

I want to show you the full context of the view. We have a very fine, enjoyable view, but not an unobstructed one.
Check out the view, if any, at competing houses. Some owners will zoom in closely on the ocean with their digital
cameras and leave out the context. Our house is located across the street from the bluff. You have some power lines
and single storey houses in front of you, but with the breeze and the sound of the surf, your attention really is drawn
to the ocean and beach.
My real estate agent, the foreman, the painter, and the propane guy all tell me I have the best high bluff view in the
area - certainly among the houses available for rent.
